We havea strong track record of sourcing, structuring and completing on Construction and Development Finance for projects nationally from ADI's and a long list of alternative funding sources. The Team complete on approx $50M in construction projects per month and have extensive experience in projects with GR up to $1.5BN.
We specialise in providing lending solutions for small business, medium enterprise, corporate institutionss and asset managers. Our typical assets include industrial, office, retail, multi and single tenant office towers and other types of residual land/stock facilities. Loan amounts starting from $700K to as large as $500M
The group is able to assist with the sourcing of working capital finance for all size businesses including large scale manfufacturers operations, We have extensive experience in trade finance, debtor finance and other instruments of working capital. We have experience with large transport operators, pharmaceutical manufacturers and importers.
We have a strong track record in financing land banking, residual stock and site finance. Whether its a finely priced major bank loan, or a more agressively geared private/non bank we have the experience to show clients all the options they have available. Facilities are typically shorter term 12-24 months but gearing can be as high as 70% if required.
Mezz Finance is any subordinated debt or preferred equity instrument that represents a claim on a
company's assets which
is senior only to that of
the common shares - they typically site behind a senior lender and are subordinate in rank in an insolvency situation. Mezz can be structured either as debt or preferred equity or a combination of both.
